Super comfortable; great large sized socks!

I’ve got big feet for my height (5’10”, Size 13) and I am always amazed at how hard it is to simply find socks that are big enough. Most stores sell socks that are marked size 6-12, as if size 6 and 12 could possibly be within close enough to cover both with one size. As you would expect, they don’t work for me. These socks are exactly what I was looking for. First thing you will notice is that they are really soft and comfortable. There are sized great for me and would probably work well for a size or two up from me. The colors are also really cool, with a good assortment.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with these socks (and I’m pretty picky)

I have (US) size 14 1/2 wide feet. For years, the only socks that I could find that fit me were from the Big & Tall Men’s store at $5-6 EACH. Out of habit, I guess, I never thought until last week to go online for socks, though I go online for just about everything else. I loathe Spandex and when I saw these have 1% Spandex ((79% cotton, 20% polyester), I baulked …. but .. at ~$3 each in a 5-pack, I took the plunge to check these out. I’ve just ordered a 2nd pack as these are better than any I used pay double the price for. They have a nice cushioning and they fit me perfectly on my feet and, on my calves, they’re not too tight & not too loose. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I recommend turning them inside out the first time to wash …

My husband is a contractor and is on his feet a lot during the day. He is also a big guy and has size 14 wide feet. It is tough to find socks that fit him well, give cushioned support, and wear well with time. I have definitely found our solution with these socks! He loves them and wears them daily. In fact, he made me throw out all of his other socks and buy him more of these! (FYI: they tend to pill and produce fuzz on the inside when you first wear them. I recommend turning them inside out the first time to wash to help with the fuzz.) I will definitely continue to purchase these socks for my husband and recommend them to others!

Soft and comfortable

Fit high up on the calf, so they don’t slip down to my ankles all day long – I hate when socks do that. These Dockers are my new ‘go to’ brand, after getting a couple batches from Land’s End and finding they were of a somewhat degraded quality from what I was used to from them. Honestly, all the brands I came to trust in over the years – Izod, Gold Toe, Lands End – I go back to buy new socks from them, they arrive in the mail, and I’m asking “What happened to these socks?” So for now these Dockers get my vote, and they will, until that day comes when they decide that they, too, can increase their profit margine by a few cents a pair by lowering the quality of their merchandise.

Extended Size (Big & Tall) needed for proper calve length

Great fit. Arrived quickly in mail. I bought these because I prefer my socks to fit up high on my calves. I wear a size 8 shoe, but I have to buy the “Extended Size” sock that fits a much larger foot size in order to get the sock to ride up onto my calve area. The regular size sock for my shoe size rides too low on my leg. The foot area of the extended size is only a bit longer than my foot, so it fits well in my shoe. If you need longer socks go with the Extended Size sock. The regular fitting sock is much too short and does shrink a tad to even make them shorter on the calve.
